Projects

In October 2023, EESA hosted a successful Paint & Sip event with over 30 participants and an impressive 98% attendance rate. 

On February 16th, EESA organized a Valentine's Day event featuring a variety of activities, including speed dating, drinks, and more.

Every year, EESA takes part in the welcome week for new students, setting up multiple stands at different locations throughout the event. 

The Project Management (PM) department has organized several embroidery workshops at the request of Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

An event was held in collaboration with Energy Investment Management BV, where a partner and several employees introduced their company to students.

A cooking workshop was hosted where participants learned how to prepare traditional Polish cuisine under the guidance of a Polish instructor.

A bowling tournament with prizes was held at Delfshaven Bowling Center, attracting over 40 participants and achieving a 90% turnout rate.

My work with the UNICEF  introduced me to project management. Through organizing multiple fundraising events, I gained experience in budgeting, project coordination, and event management.

Together with Zeb, EESA organized a consultancy case where students had the opportunity to introduce themselves to the company and showcase their consulting skills.

The second fully sold-out workshop was a cooking session focused on making crepes, concluding with a competition for the best-decorated crepes and other interactive games.

A week-long series of events designed to help students develop their career skills, enhance their resumes, and explore various professional opportunities.

A gala hosted by Erasmus University students in collaboration with the university itself took place at the Rotterdam Church, attracting over 500 attendees.

A series of events commemorating two years since the war in Ukraine turned into a large-scale fundraiser held across the entire Erasmus campus.

As a marketing assistant, I contributed to the development of posts for various social media platforms.

Worked on a paid billboard display at Erasmus University campus to promote our event and increase visibility among students and staff.

I assisted in the development of the merchandise for this year's EESA board, contributing to the design and selection of items that represented the organization's identity.

Public Relations experience

I represented EESA at networking events and participated in monthly meetings with the Erasmus Multicultural Association (EMA).

I supported over 30 partnerships with global companies, organizations, and stores, helping to establish and maintain strong relationships that benefited EESA's initiatives and events.
